The Cal-Zone is a boutique training service offering group classes, personal training & more. We are a proud provider of health, wellness and celebration for folks of all fitness levels.

Natalie Bayersdorfer has over 28 years of experience in the fitness industry. She holds licenses/certifications for many formats including Level 1 Yoga, POUND®, TRX®, Zumba®, Barre etc and is NASM® and ACE® certified in Group Fitness and Personal Training with a focus on Orthopedic Specialty. She is the creator of Cardio BootCANp™ and Bod Squad™ series. She is a former Zumba® Fitness Jammer and Master Trainer for STRONG Nation™, a popular HIIT Class. She has been a Group Fitness Director for a popular Boston Gym and currently is Studio Leader at Life Time Chestnut Hill. Her passion is education and is honored to have presented internationally and locally on various fitness topics.

From the person who has never worked out a day in their life, to the most conditioned person, she can reach clients of all levels. Her personal experiences with weight loss make her a professional that brings empathy and understanding to every class and student.

THE CLIMB
The Climb will be an accumulation of basic exercises stacked together with a different focus each class - the "star" of the workout could be legs/arms/full body. Once you master The Climb, you head back down channeling different muscles. Full body sweat fest!
